I offer a FREE 15 minute phone consultation to any new clients that have any questions or aren't sure what their next step is on their health journey. In this 15 minute call I will ask you a few questions to gain an understanding of what you're wanting to achieve and whether or not I can help you.

Follow up consultations help you to stay on track and allow for adjustments to certain parts of your treatment plan. In this session we will assess your progress and offer any further resources and education.

Customised meal plans can be a crucial part of staying on track and take out the guess work when planning your weekly meals, shopping lists & recipes. This is for you if you require a new meal plan after your follow up session.​

Accurate testing is crucial when it comes to understanding your body and it's needs. We use specialised, functional testing that measures how the body’s biological and biochemical processes are working as a whole. The tests can measure pathways, enzymes, nutrients, co-factors, genes, hormones, amino acids, neurotransmitters, gut bacteria, parasites & so much more. Testing may be done via stool or urine collection, spot pin prick blood test, saliva swab or you may have to go to a collection centre. Once I receive your results we discuss the information through a consultation and create a personal treatment plan.  

In your initial consult we get down to the roots. This entails an in depth discussion covering all aspects of your health and your goals.​ You will also receive resources, answers to any questions and a personal treatment plan specific for you and your needs.

Extended follow up consultations are for anyone who needs that extra bit of guidance and assistance in their healing journey. This session is also for reviewing test results and going through complex treatment plans.

One of the most challenging things when starting a new health and lifestyle journey is shopping! Don't stress, in a 1:1 supermarket tour with me I'll teach you how to correctly read food labelling and guide you through the whole shopping process.

If you are interested in getting some functional testing done on your gut health, hormones, genetics, full blood count, nutrient status, food allergies/intolerances or more - this consultation is for you. In this 60 minute call we will discuss which tests are best suited and most beneficial to investigate your particular case. You will then be sent a test kit directly from the lab to your home with all the instructions and materials to do the test and send it back to the lab for processing. The results are emailed to me and discussed with you at your next appointment.​
