1:1 Client Package
Each 1:1 journey entails a whole 360º approach & exclusive, bespoke support. We begin with an initial consultation where we get down to the roots. This entails an in depth discussion covering all aspects of your health history and your goals.​ You will also receive resources, answers to any questions and a personal treatment plan specific for you and your needs.
The 1:1 client package is a fully comprehensive, transformational journey & includes the following:​

Follow Up Consultations
Follow up consultations are included in every 1:1 client package & are scheduled every 2-6 weeks depending on your individual needs on your journey. These check ins are crucial for accountability to help you to stay on track and allow for adjustments to certain parts of your treatment plan if needed. In these sessions we assess your progress, review test results, answer questions and offer any further advice, guidance, resources and education. Additional follow up consultations are available as add-ons.

Reminder that a realistic time frame for holistic 1:1 health coaching is 6-12 months, sometimes longer for more complex cases. Root cause healing is a journey, not a race and my services are not a 'quick fix'. Please consider this when starting your health journey to ensure you are fully committed to the process.​
Functional Testing Only Package
​If you are simply interested in getting some functional testing done on your gut health, hormones, genetics, full blood count, nutrient status, food allergies/intolerances or more - this package is for you. In the initial consultation we discuss which tests are best suited and most beneficial to investigate your particular case. You will then be sent a test kit directly from the lab to your home with all the instructions and materials to do the test and send it back to the lab for processing. The results are emailed to me to be interpreted and discussed with you at your next appointment. A 3rd appointment is then scheduled to review your progress and make any changes to your protocol or order follow up testing if required. Please note: test kits will incur extra fees. Prices vary from $100-$500 depending on the particular test required and are paid to the lab directly.
IMPORTANT: This package is best suited for past patients or people who have already mastered the foundations and are looking at further or routine testing. This package does NOT include an in depth health analysis, symptom assessment, customised meal plan, education or around the clock support and is not suitable for beginners.
